I ate PRONTO's spring menu "Scallop and Rape Salmon UMAMI Cream". Cream pasta with scallops, salmon and rape blossoms. A warm dish suitable for spring when it's still a little chilly.
The price is 850 yen (tax included). When you order, they will bring you to the table. The most prominent scallop has a pleasant texture and a mild seafood flavor.
Rape blossoms are bittersweet and have a seasonal taste. However, the cream sauce has a strong scent and umami, so if you eat it together, you will lose a little. It seems better to taste rape blossoms only with rape blossoms.
Salmon is the most distinctive, with its aroma and rich taste that fills the nose and tongue at the same time. The cream sauce also has a good taste of salmon, and it is firmly entwined with thick pasta. I'm glad that it stays hot all the time while I wind it up with a fork, probably because it's thick.
By the way, the sauce was plentiful in the deep plate, and after flattening the pasta first, I scooped it with a spoon and tasted it to the end. The overall finish is gentle, not too strong and not too thick, perfect for a light lunch or brunch.
