7-ELEVEN "Al Porto Supervised Fresh Pasta with Porcini Mushroom Cream"

"Al Porto Supervised Fresh Pasta with Porcini Mushroom Cream" found at 7-ELEVEN. It is a pasta product supervised by Al Porto, an Italian restaurant in Nishiazabu, Tokyo. As a mushroom lover...I was too curious about the visual of this pasta with a lot of mushrooms on it! So I bought it! The price is 580 yen (626.40 yen including tax).


It comes with fresh pasta, mushrooms (white mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, eringi mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms) & sauce in a separate dish. Warm in a microwave oven (500W) for 3.5 minutes, then place the ingredients and sauce from the top plate on the pasta noodles from the bottom plate to complete the dish.

So delicious...! When you dip the pasta into the sauce and bite into it, the mellow aroma of porcini will run from your nose to your entire body! The flavor of the mushrooms, the creamy bechamel sauce, and the richness of the cheese that melts in your mouth.

The flat fresh pasta is smooth to the touch and chewy when you bite into it. The mushrooms are thick, plump, crunchy, and juicy, as if overflowing with juices. There are also small pieces of meat (bacon?) in the mushrooms. This is a pasta where you can taste the mushrooms, and the mushrooms are the star!


It is amazing to experience this deliciousness in a convenience store meal! Some areas and stores may not carry it, but if you see it, why not add it to your lunch or dinner options?
