Kura Sushi "KURA BURGER"
Beef or fish?

"Sushi restaurant hamburgers" "KURA BURGER" will be on sale from March 1st at each Kura Sushi store (excluding some stores).

There are two types of lineup, "Fish Burger" which uses domestic natural fish luxuriously and "Meat Burger" which uses carefully selected meat. The price is 250 yen each (excluding tax).

Fish burger is a homemade pate of fish meat using 100% domestic natural fish, seasoned with 10 kinds of spices that bring out the taste, teriyaki sauce, and mayonnaise. Sandwiched in buns with onion tempura and lettuce.

On the other hand, the meat burger is a juicy putty finished with a unique blend, and a simple ketchup-based seasoning that is inspired by a genuine American burger. It is also served with mayonnaise and sandwiched in buns with onion tempura and lettuce.

Both buns are made from fluffy and sweet "special shari buns" that are a mixture of rice flour and black vinegar.

A pop-up shop for Kura Sushi will appear in Shibuya, Tokyo for a limited time from February 25th to March 3rd. Two types of "KURA BURGER" will be sold in advance.

The store is located at "n_space", KN Shibuya 2 Building, 13-9 Udagawa-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 (only on February 25, 14:00 to 20:00).
