Marron Dessert - Astringent Chestnuts and Hojicha Tea

Now in its fifth year, Marron Dessert is Royal Host's seasonal dessert representing autumn. The lineup includes five unique items: seasonal brûlée parfait, Mont Blanc parfait, Tiramisu parfait with Western wine, chiffon cake, and petit desserts.

Brulee parfait with astringent chestnuts and hojicha tea

A parfait that brings out the colors of autumn, combining the crispy crème brûlée with the sweetness of astringent chestnuts, the bitterness of hojicha tea, the savory aroma of pecan nuts, and the sweetness of red currants. Priced at 1,188 yen (tax included, same below).

Mont Blanc Parfait with Astringent Chestnuts and Hojicha Tea

This parfait is characterized by the rich aroma and mild sweetness of astringent chestnuts. The meringue melts in your mouth, and the bitterness and aroma of hojicha tea spreads out. Accented with pecan nuts. Price: 968 yen.

Tiramisu Parfait with Astringent Chestnuts and Hojicha Tea

Aromatic parfait with a Japanese flavor, consisting of hojicha tea and Western liquor-scented chiffon cake, astringent chestnut ice cream, and marron-flavored mascarpone cream. Alcohol is included. Price: 968 yen.

Mont Blanc Chiffon Cake - Hojicha Cream

Soft chiffon cake is topped with rich marron cream in the style of Mont Blanc and served with bittersweet hojicha cream and sweet and sour blackcurrant ice cream. The crunchy texture of the almond and hojicha meringue is also enjoyable. The price is 1,298 yen.

Petit Mont Blanc

The Petit Dessert of Choice and Petit Happy Dessert Set can be replaced with Petit Mont Blanc for an additional 363 yen. This small parfait is a delightful after-dinner treat made with hojicha jelly, astringent chestnut ice cream, whipped cream and marron cream.
