At each Nakau store, the 7th premium heavy series "Pig Kakuni Shige" will be on sale from November 29th. Prices start at 790 yen (tax included).

This is a premium weight of pork stew that has been slowly simmered for at least 3 hours until it becomes thick, topped with a generous amount of rice, and a special omelet roll and crispy specially made komatsuna pickles. Kakuni pork, which is often entwined with the fat of pork ribs and sweet sauce, goes well with the chopped paste laid on rice.

It is also recommended to attach a mustard attached separately if you like. The spicy accent seems to enhance the taste of the pork.
