The style is to boil the noodles after receiving the order, without making them. The store was a little crowded, but it was served about 10 minutes after I ordered it.

The topping Ebiten is small, but the batter with plenty of soup is soft and chewy. The crispy shrimp texture is irresistible!

The soup stock has a slightly Japanese-style mellow finish with the flavor of the soup stock. With a silky taste, the overall spiciness is modest. However, it is not unsatisfactory because you can feel the richness and umami.
