The "Tobikiri Hamburger Sandwich" series is a popular series that has sold a total of about 155 million meals (as of the end of September 2018) since its launch in 2008. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the sale, the hamburger steak made from 100% domestically produced meat (ground beef and pork) has been renewed. The weight is 20% heavier than the current hamburger weight (before firing), and the weight is about 1.8 times that of a normal patty.

The exceptional hamburger sandwich [Mushroom & Cheese] is a burger that combines hamburger steak with domestic original cheese, sautéed mushrooms and gobo, and mizuna. Sautéed mushrooms and sautéed mushrooms are made from three types of domestic mushrooms (Bunashimeji, Eringi, and Hiratake), sautéed mushrooms, and onions in a soy sauce sauce that combines a bit of pepper and black pepper. Aged brown rice black vinegar is also blended, and it seems that the richness of cheese and the taste of meat are entwined with the moderate acidity. The price is 520 yen (tax included, same below).
