Mos Burger will launch "Yoru Mos Rice Burger Yoru Mos" on May 18 (except some stores) as a night-only menu after 3:00 p.m. "Yoru Mos Rice Burger Yoru Mos Rice Burger Yoru Mos Rice Burger Yoru Mos" will be available until mid-November.

Night Mos

Mos Burger has been experimenting with products available only during nighttime hours at some of its stores in order to strengthen its dinner time offerings. This time, the "Yoru Mosu" rice burger will be sold at all stores nationwide from 3:00 p.m. until closing time.

Yoru Mos Rice Burger Well-Barred Ten - Sea bream and kakiage (salted sauce)

A rice plate sandwich with seafood kakiage and kinmedai tempura on a bed of Ariake Sea seaweed, topped with a special salt sauce rich in sesame oil flavor. Usually, kinmedai is boiled or grilled, but for this dish, we used tempura to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients. The tempura is made from the fatty sea bream, and is crispy and light in texture.

The kinmedai tempura is served with kakiage, a hearty combination of ingredients. The seafood kakiage consists of squid, shrimp, onions, carrots, and edamame beans wrapped in a thin batter, allowing you to enjoy the crispy texture and flavor of each ingredient. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

Nighttime Mos Rice Burger Well-Bari Yakiniku

Tender, sweet and tasty beef belly marinated in Mos original yakiniku sauce, sandwiched between a green leaf and rice plate. With twice the amount of yakiniku meat used in the regular Moss Rice Burger Yakiniku, this is a hearty product suitable for an evening meal.
