will be available in a limited quantity of 1 million servings from December 28, 2022 (Wed.). The "One-head-purchased Kuroge Wagyu Beef Burger - Special Teriyaki Sauce" is a limited-quantity product that uses a patty made from each part of the Wagyu beef that was purchased from a single head.

By purchasing a whole cow of Wagyu beef, we were able to reduce procurement costs and use high-end cuts of beef such as sirloin and fillet, which are not usually used in burgers. All 19 parts of Wagyu beef (sirloin, fillet, ribeye, shoulder loin, shoulder belly, haneshita, meatball, arm, pepper, medium belly, outer belly, kainomi, flank, rump, ichibo, inner thigh, outer thigh, shintama, and shune. The number and names of the parts vary depending on the region and industry.

The burger is topped with a black wagyu beef patty on a green leaf, topped with a special teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and sliced tomatoes. The patty is the star of the dish, with its unique lean texture, but also sweet and juicy fat. The special teriyaki sauce, which is well suited to the Japanese palate, enhances the patty's deliciousness, while the green leaf and sliced tomatoes add a vegetable flavor.
