Hanamaru Udon "A lot of pork soup udon"

At each Hanamaru Udon store, "Gourmet Butajiru Udon" will be on sale from September 25th to the end of October (excluding some stores). Prices start from small 490 yen (tax included).

This is a limited-time menu that combines udon with "pork soup" that is perfect for autumn. To season the pork soup, we use "Shinshu Koji Miso," which is characterized by the natural sweetness of rice jiuqu. It is tailored to a mellow taste full of sweetness.

The ingredients are pork, radish soaked in flavor, carrots, burdock, potatoes and other seasonal ingredients. It is said that it is finished in a gentle taste that makes use of the taste of the ingredients so that it can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers from children to adults.
