"Hojicha sweets" is also available for Sushiro! "Hojicha Japanese Parfait" packed with matcha and warabimochi
New sweets "Hojicha no Wa Parfait" have been released for a limited time at each Sushiro store. It is an autumn-like dessert using matcha and roasted green tea from Maruku Koyamaen in Kyoto, and warabimochi from Mine Arashido in Kyoto.
At each Sushiro store, a new limited-time dessert "Hojicha no Wa Parfait" was released on September 14th. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax).
Sushiro's original tea parfait. It is an autumn-like dessert using matcha and roasted green tea from Maruku Koyamaen in Kyoto, and warabimochi from Mine Arashido in Kyoto. By topping the tea leaves of roasted green tea as an accent, the aroma is said to be more prominent.
