Previously, Yamazaki's "I 've baked melon bread skin " was talked about, but Lawson has released "Koppe bread open chocolate & whipped cream".
This is a very open koppe-pan made by opening a cocoa-flavored dough, squeezing whipped cream, and topping it with plenty of chocolate. The price is 150 yen (tax included).
By the way, when I saw the manufacturer, it was Yamazaki. No wonder, the name is similar to melon bread.
When it sticks to the dough, the chocolate and whipped cream wrap the soft bread and melt it on your tongue. The bittersweetness of cocoa and chocolate is entwined with milky whipped cream for a mellow taste. It's good that there isn't too much whipped cream and it's not too sweet overall.
However, it's hard to bite when it's open, so I ended up folding it like the usual koppe-pan and ate it.
However, the chocolate coating on the entire surface is unique to open koppe-pan, and the openness makes it look big and splendid (peacock-like), so I think you will be quite satisfied. If you like koppe-pan, why don't you give it a try without saying "It's an evil way!"
