Freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store "RINGO" opens for the first time in Oita prefecture. "Amu Plaza Oita Store" will open on March 2nd.

RINGO is a custard apple pie specialty store that opened its first store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo in March 2016. "Freshly baked" is offered at a store integrated with a workshop, and about 300,000 pieces are sold monthly.

The store's freshly baked custard apple pie is characterized by the crispy texture of 144 layers of puff pastry and the custard cream that is fully added using the "post-insertion" method. The cream wraps the sourness of the apple, making it easy to eat.

We are particular about the raw materials, using Hokkaido milk for the custard cream and Hokkaido fresh butter for the puff pastry. For filling, "leaves and apples" from Aomori prefecture harvested in season are used.

The price is 399 yen per piece and 1,512 yen (tax included) for a set of four. Sale of up to 4 per person.
