"Freshly baked custard cherry apple pie" will be released on July 20th at each "RINGO" specialty store of freshly baked custard apple pie (excluding Terrace Mall Matsudo store). Scheduled to be sold until September 30 (finished as soon as it runs out). The price is 520 yen (tax included) per piece.

Freshly baked custard cherry apple pie

The first cherry flavor of the RINGO brand. Griot cherries are used, and the refreshing acidity is perfect for the hot and humid season. Combined with creme patissiere, it is finished in an apple pie that feels fresh.


A well-balanced blend of sour griot cherry jam in the filling of diced apples using "leaf and sardine apples" from Aomori prefecture. Orange liqueur and cherry brandy are added as a secret ingredient to give it a sweet and complex scent.


Contains smooth custard cream using Hokkaido milk as the raw material. Adopted a "post-filling" manufacturing method in which the pie dough is baked once and then filled with cream. Plenty of cream gently wraps the sourness of apples.


The homemade puff pastry with plenty of fresh butter has 144 layers that create a crispy texture. Topped with dried cranberries, oatmeal and sugar powder.
