RINGO, a freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store, will be selling a new spring flavor, "Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Blueberry," from March 1 to April 14 (until it runs out).

You can taste the sweetness and sourness of blueberries in this apple pie. The filling is made with wild blueberry jam, which is characterized by its rich flavor and sweetness, to match the sourness and crisp texture of the apple preserves (apples that have been cooked so as to preserve the shape of the fruit). A generous amount of smooth custard cream gently envelops the sourness of the blueberries and apples.


Blueberry liqueur and lemon juice are added for aroma. The buttery flavor of the pie crust gives it a fresh, spring-like aroma. The surface of the pie is topped with dried wild blueberries and powdered sugar, giving you the excitement of the new season even from the outside.


Its refreshing taste makes it perfect for breakfast. We recommend pairing it with a hot cup of tea or coffee to enhance the tartness of the blueberries.


Priced at 480 yen per piece (tax included, same below). The "Apple & Blueberry Pie Box," which includes two each of freshly baked custard apple pie and freshly baked custard apple pie blueberry, is 1,716 yen (84 yen off the regular price).
