Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Mixed Berry and Raspberry and Apple Pie Muffin will be available at RINGO, a freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store, from April 15 to May 31. The sale will end as soon as they are gone.

Freshly Baked Custard Pie Mixed Berry

Berry Pie was launched in May 2019 as the first product in the brand's history to have the filling (ingredient) itself changed, and has been a popular limited-time product every year. Instead of adding the apple preserves used in Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie and other flavored products, four types of berries (raspberry, redcurrant, blueberry, and strawberry) are used in the filling. The formula enhances the sweetness, tartness, and pulpiness of each of the four types of berries so that the flavor can be more fully appreciated.


The surface of the pie is topped with freeze-dried strawberries and powdered sugar. A generous amount of smooth custard cream envelopes the sweetness and tartness of the four types of berries. Citrus liqueur and lemon juice are added to flavor the filling for a fresh, spring-like aroma.


Priced at 520 yen per piece (tax included, same below). The product is available at all RINGO stores in Japan, BAKE CHEESE TART plus RINGO Lazona Kawasaki store, BAKE the SHOP Jiyugaoka store and Daimaru Shinsaibashi store. BAKE the SHOP will sell the product from May 1 to May 31.

Raspberry and apple pie muffin

These muffins feature the pulpy texture of three kinds of berries - strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant - along with the moistness of the dough, along with the apple preserves that are filled with a gauze. The surface is topped with crispy pie crust, raspberry jam, and powdered sugar. You can enjoy the sweet and sour berry flavor.
