Fluffy dorayaki is a fluffy dough made by adding yam and mirin. It is chewy and spreads the flavor and aroma of the dough. The cream consists of two layers: a mellow matcha cream that combines Uji matcha paste with whipped cream and white bean paste, and a rich matcha bean paste that combines Uji matcha paste with homemade custard and white bean paste.
On the other hand, Mochimochi Dorayaki is a dough that has elasticity and softness, and has a slightly sweet and elegant taste. The cream is a matcha cream that is a blend of Uji matcha paste, whipped cream and white bean paste. It has a mild taste by adding plenty of white bean paste to match the chewy dough.
The estimated price is 129 yen each (tax included, same below). In addition, fluffy dorayaki is not sold in Okinawa Prefecture. The estimated price of Mochimochi Dorayaki is 167 yen only in Okinawa Prefecture.
