Dorayaki "Mikasa-yama Maruyama Coffee Blend"

The "Mikasa-yama Maruyama Coffee Blend" is a collaboration between Karuizawa Maruyama Coffee and Bunmeido. It is a small dorayaki filled with coffee bean paste sandwiched between two small pieces of dorayaki. In order to bring out the full aroma of Maruyama Coffee's Blend, which has a gorgeous aroma and a chocolate-like richness, the coffee is slowly cooked while being kneaded into the white bean paste with water-drawn coffee, and then added with medium ground coffee powder.


The dorayaki crust is carefully baked one by one by craftsmen at the Bunmeido Shinjuku workshop. The savory coffee bean paste and the soft, sweet crust are a perfect match. Why not enjoy this special autumn snack?
