To go sweets "Elegant Noir" for the Halloween season are now available at Hilton Tokyo's Patisserie "FILOU". It will be on sale from October 1st to 31st.

Dark and elegant desserts for the dessert fair "Marie Antoinette La Finale" held at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of the hotel. Two types, "Cronu Cronne Noir" and "La Reine Rouge", will be developed.

Chronu Cronne Noir is a dark chocolate mousse cake that means "black crown". Dark chocolate mousse is placed on a pistachio sponge, and red fruit compotes such as raspberries, strawberries, red currants and cherries and vanilla creme brulee are combined. A dome-shaped mini chocolate mousse and red-dyed chocolate that suggests the ominous whereabouts of the crown are displayed on the top.

Rich chocolate mousse and red fruit with a pleasant acidity go well together. The vanilla and pistachio flavors leave a luxurious finish. The size is 15 cm in diameter and the price is 4,000 yen (tax included).

Creepy but beautiful

La Reine Rouge is a glass dessert that combines fromage blanc mousse with a sponge soaked with strawberry sauce. At the bottom of the glass is a refreshing jelly with flesh of Franboise. The edges are said to be decorated with blood dripping, reminiscent of the end of the tragic queen. The price is 680 yen (tax included).
