A dream-like event "Gelato Expo " where you can eat about 30 kinds of gelato for free will be held on May 28th at Omotesando Hills (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). The event will be held for the first time this year, sponsored by the Japan Gelato Association. What kind of gelato will be lined up?

The En-eating editorial department went to a preview held for the media and tasted all the flavors! In addition to the venue, we will introduce "10 gelatos to eat" based on dogmatism and prejudice!

The venue is the event space "Space O" on the 3rd basement floor of Omotesando Hills. In addition to "All-you-can-eat gelato", "Gelato Maestro Contest" (13: 10 ~), "Gelato Illusion" (14: 50 ~, 17: 45 ~), "Italy VS Japan Gelato Craftsman Showdown" (18:00) ~) 3 events will also be held.

After all, what is worrisome is all-you-can-eat gelato! Inside the venue, tasting booths are lined up on the left and right when looking forward at the stage, and each has a number. The pamphlet contains the store name and the flavors offered, so it may be easier to understand by comparing them. It seems to line up at each booth.



There are three main types of gelato that can be eaten.

Eat and compare four ice creams using the confrontation theme "Blueberry".

Rice gelato is interesting! Blueberries do not insist too much, and the balance of fragrance with lavender is round.

If you want to express your impression in one word, "Wow, coffee!". Or rather, the espresso itself. It tastes like gelato with the aroma and bitterness of coffee. People should be careful that they can only drink sweet coffee.
