This is a collaboration between Fuji Baking's snack sandwich and the team "Tabearu King" formed by "masters of eating and walking" bloggers. The first is "Itari bean paste" produced by the sweets bancho. This is the second product after this, and it is a snack sandwich produced by Mr. Yo Hashimoto, also known as "Foreign Deb".

Speaking of Xiaolongbao, it's a hot gravy that overflows when you bite it. In order to reproduce this, the bread is sandwiched with a jelly-like sauce that resembles gravy.

By the way, it seems that if you eat this after warming it, the "Xiaolongbao-likeness" will increase further.

Then warm it up and eat it! The En-eating editorial department also immediately got the snack sandwich Xiaolongbao flavor. This time, I will try two patterns, a version warmed in a microwave oven and a version warmed in a toaster.

When you cut it, you can see the filling of "Xiaolongbao style". The thick bean paste contains plenty of rag-shaped meat.

The taste of bean paste, which has a strong umami and saltiness, is exactly like Xiaolongbao! The taste of Xiaolongbao bean paste is stronger than I expected, so the presence of bread is a little weak. In addition, the bread has a soft texture, so it does not have the skin-like texture of Xiaolongbao. This is delicious as this.

Next, let's heat it in the microwave. I tried to heat it for about 30 seconds (it seems that it takes about 20 seconds at 500W). It looks almost the same before and after warming.

When I tried it, the bread dough became moist and chewy, and it had a texture like the skin of a small basket containing plenty of water! The filling inside melts hot, and you can eat the dumplings while spitting out steam. The appearance is almost the same, but the feeling of Xiaolongbao is increasing at once.

And finally, the toaster version. I tried toasting this for about 1 minute. The surface is browned to a golden brown color.

Yeah, this is the winner . When you chew on the crispy and fragrant dough, you will immediately be greeted by a soft and moist texture. And the hot bean paste and gravy flow into the mouth.

The microwave version is slightly superior to the chewy texture of the dough, but you can enjoy the three-stage texture of "crispy, fluffy, and toasty" and baked it. The aroma of wheat (toast) and the bean paste in the dumplings match unexpectedly, so I personally recommend warming it with a toaster. After all, Xiaolongbao is limited to eating hot!

You can enjoy different types of deliciousness as it is, in the microwave, or in the toaster. It goes well with bread and a small basket. I was even impressed by the fact that the wheats would synchronize with each other, and that there was no sense of incongruity as if it had been decided from the beginning.
