Fuji Pan will sell "Snack Sandwich Hidakaya Gyoza Flavor," a collaboration product with High Day Hidaka. As one of the menu items commemorating the 50th anniversary of the company's founding, the product is inspired by gyoza, a popular standard menu item by Fujipan's snack sandwiches. The release date is August 1. Limited time offer. The price is open to the public. Sales area: Kanto and Tohoku. Available at supermarkets and drugstores.

Snack Sandwich Hidakaya Gyoza Flavor

To reproduce the taste of the popular menu item "Gyoza", five kinds of vegetables were blended to better match the bread, and Szechuan bean paste was used. The flavor of the vegetables was carefully selected. Hidakaya fully supervised the reproduction of the snack sandwich, and the bread was made to look like gyoza crust, resulting in a unique snack sandwich that goes well with the soft and moist bread of the snack sandwich.

The package design features a photograph of Hidakaya's store image and an image of the gyoza used as the motif. Red is used as the image color, and the logo of the product supervised by Hidakaya is placed on the package.
