"Natural Yam Cuisine Sanyaku Seiryuan", a specialty store of natural yam dishes, opened in Ginza, Tokyo on September 25th.


Natural yam is a rare yam that is "originating in Japan". It has excellent nutritional value and is also used as a Chinese herbal medicine.

The store offers a menu using natural yams sent directly from the production area. Some of the lineups of more than 40 types include "natural yam sashimi," "natural yam tororo hotpot," and "natural yam prosciutto ham roll."

The store is located on the 9th floor of the Toho Twin Tower Building, 1-5-2 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:30 to 14:00 for lunch and from 17:00 to 23:00 for dinner. Closed on Sundays.
