The main menu is the "bowl set", which is a set of a bowl of tawara and a small bowl. All of them are finished by adding Japanese soup stock such as kelp and bonito to Western soup such as deglazing and consomme.

For example, "8 kinds of soup stock and red sea bream bowl" (1,180 yen / top photo) is a hearty dish with simmered red sea bream. Omar shrimp is used firmly in deglazing and fumed coquille (shellfish soup stock), and a total of 8 types of soup stock such as kelp are mixed.

It's solid and deep, but the aftertaste is refreshing thanks to the Japanese ingredients. Although it was Western, it had a deep taste with a Japanese scent.

In addition, "Double Kasane Beef Dashi Mizore Bowl" (same as above) is made by combining consomme and glassed vian (boiled down fondobo) with shellfish soup to make a powerful soup filled with the flavor of meat. The meat is slightly sweet and spicy, and the purse on the bottom contains mochi, pumpkin puree, and edamame. Western soup and Japanese ingredients are a perfect match.

In addition, there is a hearty "porridge set" (980 yen) with chicken dumplings and a sukiyaki set (1,480 yen) that you can eat refreshingly with lemon. Choose according to your mood.

In the morning (7:00 to 10:00), two bottles of "Omar shrimp miso soup" and "Hakata Ichibandori morning porridge" (580 yen each) are made. Of these, miso soup is made by combining Sendai miso and Saikyo miso with Omar shrimp sauce, and is said to be "unprecedented flavorful miso soup."
