The ingredients used are vegetables from Saitama Prefecture, including Yoshida Farm, "germinated soybeans" from Iizuka Shoten, which produces "Fukaya bean sprouts," "Ayatamago," which was also selected as a "Sai no Kuni excellent brand product," and Fukaya. "Fukaya beef" born in the city, sake lees from the brewery "Gonda Sake Brewery" founded in Edo, rice "Aya no Kagayaki" which is said to be more sticky than Koshihikari.

The lineup includes three types of curry: "soup curry" (1,180 yen for a single item), "keema curry" (1,180 yen for the same item), and "European curry" (1,380 yen for the same item). All of them are finished without using chemical seasonings, with less fat and salt. In addition to single items, there are also set menus and lunch menus. In addition, "Banya Bar" (all-you-can-eat single item 500 yen), which is a lineup centered on vegetables from Saitama Prefecture, will also be offered.
