Soup Stock Tokyo has introduced soups and curries that take you on a journey to Okinawa, and will be available at Soup Stock Tokyo outlets starting May 8.

Tokyo New Products Two new Okinawa-themed products are "Okinawa Soup with Izena Island Mozuku and Goya" and "Pork Curry with Green Papaya and Bonito Flakes. The new products feature familiar Okinawan ingredients such as bitter melon, green papaya, mozuku seaweed, pork, dried bonito flakes, and kohlrabi goose.

Soup Stock Tokyo Izena Island Mozuku and Goya Okinawan Soup

A mildly thick and tart Chinese soup with mozuku seaweed from Izena Island, Okinawa, and the spiciness of kohlrabi goose. The bitterness of the bitter bitter melon adds an Okinawan touch.

Soup Stock Tokyo Pork Curry with Green Papaya and Bonito Flakes

An Indian curry with ingredients commonly eaten in Okinawa (pork, green papaya, dried bonito flakes). The flavor of the curry leaves and dried bonito combine to create an unexpectedly delicious curry.

Available from May 8. Sold at all Soup Stock Tokyo outlets.
