At the En-eating editorial department, some menus of each store are sampled at a media preview prior to the event. We will introduce a part of the lineup, focusing on the recommended menus!
■ This is the recommended menu for the Wagyu Expo!
◆ Okiya "Wagyu beef ribs with plum ham" 1,200 yen
Yakisoba, which is usually offered as a back menu at the shop, is arranged for the Wagyu Expo. Yakisoba with beef ribs is topped with "ume ham" pickled in plums.
"Ume ham" is a Japanese beef ham with a slightly sour taste of plum. It is thick and you can enjoy a firm texture. The seasoning of yakisoba is modest, perhaps to match the salty ham. It is a good balance to wrap yakisoba in ham and eat it. Yakisoba is also mixed with plenty of Japanese beef ribs, making it a meat-based dish.
◆ Meat mountain "Shorthorn beef sausage" 600 yen per bottle (3 in the photo)
Meat Mountain, which was exhibited last year and gained popularity. We offer large sausages made with Japanese beef.
The beef flavor is firmly felt, and it is chewy compared to ordinary pork. You can enjoy a wild taste suitable for eating outdoors. Comes with chili sauce containing grain mustard with a small texture.
◆ Rocky "Fukuoka Kitakyushu Secret Sauce! Charcoal Grilled Shabu" 1,500 yen
Here you can enjoy the softness of shabu-shabu and the aroma of charcoal grill at the same time.
It is characterized by its softness, crispness, and fat without dullness. You can enjoy the change in taste by adding the yuzu pepper that you like and the "secret sauce" that comes with it. "Secret sauce" is a soy sauce base with apples and garlic added, and has a refreshing and fruity taste.
■ The highest price menu is 9,900 yen!
The highest priced menu for the event is In bosco x @meat's "Kuroge Wagyu A5 Ribulose Thick Sliced Luxury Steak" for 9,900 yen! The steak is about 2 cm thick and is served with black truffles as a topping. Since it takes time to bake, it takes about 10 minutes from ordering to serving.
In addition to this, the lineup includes beef skewers, curry, and beef tendon bowls. If you add side menus such as potatoes and shaved ice for dessert, there are nearly 40 kinds of menus in total.
Admission to the venue is free, and the holding time is from 11:00 to 21:00. The menu is purchased by ticket system, and the ticket vending machine at the entrance purchases the required amount of 300 yen tickets, and each store exchanges the tickets for the menu and the amount of money.
A unique opportunity to enjoy the unique Wagyu beef menu at each restaurant. How about making memories at the end of summer with the "best" meat that makes you forget about the heat and summer heat.
