A gourmet event "Big Beef Expo" where you can enjoy beef bowls and yakiniku bowls using branded Wagyu beef will be held from April 25th to May 10th at Shinjuku Central Park (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). A total of 5 brand production groups will participate.


There are five exhibiting brands: Iwate Minami Beef (Iwate Prefecture), Kagoshima Black Beef (Kagoshima Prefecture), Kobe Beef (Hyogo Prefecture), Sendai Beef (Miyagi Prefecture), and Yonezawa Beef (Yamagata Prefecture). It seems that the production group can enjoy "a bowl made with really delicious Wagyu beef with the prestige of their own brand". Gyudon will be served in the first half of the session (until May 2nd), and yakiniku bowl will be served in the second half (May 3rd to 10th).

In addition, there will be a bar where you can enjoy alcohol, and there are plans to sell local specialties.

Admission is free. The price of the bowl is 1,000 yen, which is "not profitable". The holding time is from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order 21:00).

During the same period, " Meat Festival 2015 " will be held at three locations in the Kanto region. This year's Golden Week seems to be able to enjoy meat.
