The "Winter Great Hokkaido Exhibition" will be held from January 6th to 23rd, 2018 at the 8th floor exhibition hall of Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro Main Store. This time, the longest 18 days in history, the session will be held in three parts. Exhibitor stores will be replaced every time.
In the first week (January 6-10), Lloyd's bakery first appeared. "Raw chocolate croissants" that can only be eaten in Hokkaido will be demonstrated and sold. In addition, 7 kinds of menus with curry arrangements are also available.
In the second week (January 11th to 17th), "carefully selected ingredients" unique to Hokkaido such as grape shrimp, salmon, and Tokachi Wagyu beef champion beef will be gathered. A lineup of luxury seafood lunch boxes and the finest steak lunch boxes.
In the third week (January 18-23), hot sweets, croquettes, and other "food-walking gourmet foods" will be served freshly prepared. There are also freshly baked sweets such as "Kumayaki", a "super rare" sweet that can only be purchased at "Roadside Station Aioi".
The event venue is located on the 8th floor of the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro Main Store, 1-1-25 Nishiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 (until 18:00 on the last day).
