Melon Soda An" is the second product in the "Soda An" series, which "perfectly reproduces" the flavor of melon soda while being anko (red bean paste). It is green in color. The citric acid used as an acidulant is said to express the petiteness of melon soda.
It can also be combined with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and your favorite fruit to create a "melon soda parfait.
