This menu is an Italian arrangement of the local gourmet "Spa cutlet" that originated in Kushiro with cutlet on top of spaghetti. Carbonara, which is popular in Napolis, is topped with meat sauce, sasami cheese cutlet, and soft-boiled egg, and is placed on the iron plate plate that is familiar with spa cutlet.
