A new dessert buffet "Koisuru Marie Antoinette" will be held from May 19th to July 31st at the lobby lounge "Marble Lounge" in Hilton Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). In the movie "Marie Antoinette" (2006) directed by Sofia Coppola, David Guimares (the hotel's executive pastry chef), who was in charge of the dessert that appears in the film, is working on it.

There are about 30 kinds of sweets that appear. Gorgeous sweets such as lemon yellow "Yuzu and lime tart", raspberry cream and rose brightly colored "Rose & Raspberry Santonore", pink grapefruit and raspberry topped "Basil soft bisky pink grapefruit & raspberry" It seems to line up. In addition, glass sweets such as lemon vanilla cheesecake and strawberry champagne, 7 types of macaroons, 6 types of ice cream and chocolate fountain are prepared, and you can enjoy the world of Marie Antoinette "expressing using all the buffet stands".
