The night sweets buffet "Sweets Parade ~ Marie Antoinette ~" will be held at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers from April 5th to June 29th on Thursdays and Fridays only.

The buffet has a large lineup of sweets inspired by the French queen, Marie Antoinette. Delicate and gorgeous, such as "rose-flavored shortcake" that looks like a Marie Antoinette dress, "Charlotte phrase" with strawberry mousse and vanilla bavarois, and "rose panna cotta" with rose herb tea jule. Menu is provided.



French toast "Pan Verdu" is a performance menu where a bucket containing eggs and milk is baked right in front of you. The surface is crispy and the inside is fluffy. Served with refreshing sweet Earl Gray ice cream.

In addition to sweets, we also offer open sandwiches and daily soups. You can enjoy a wide variety of "hotel-made light meals".
