Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa has resumed the dessert buffet, which had been suspended for a long time due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. The "Strawberry Collection 2021" will be held from January 9th to May 5th, 2021 with a limited number of seats only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

A buffet where you can enjoy selected strawberry desserts. The opening of the first act is the "Strawberry Queen Parfait", which is dressed in glittering jewels. You can eat each one as a special menu this time. Each booth has a lineup of representative sweets from each country such as Asia and Europe.


The special menu for Act 2 is the special sauce "Strawberry Crepe Suzette", which is a blend of orange sauce and strawberry jam delivered to each table. It's a perfect climax dish with vanilla ice cream.


In addition to coffee, orange juice and oolong tea, the drink bar also features "Premier's tea" tea. You can enjoy as much as you like with sweets.

As a measure against Hilton Clean Stay, we will limit the number of seats to keep a sufficient distance and install acrylic panels at the reception / cashier counter to prevent droplet infection. Staff wear masks and gloves and frequently clean and disinfect tables and chairs. Visitors are required to measure and disinfect the temperature when entering the store, and to wear a mask when entering, leaving, and leaving the store.
