There are two types of products, "My French Raspberry Chocolat" and "My Italian Tiramisu" to be released on May 25th. It is said that it is a dessert ice cream with a "genuine taste" supervised by Nicola Chevrolier, who is the chef of "My French TOKYO", and Toshihiro Yamaura, who is the chef of "My Italian TOKYO".

"My French Raspberry Chocolat" is chocolate ice cream with raspberry sauce on which chocolate cookies are placed. The surface is also glasage (coated) with chocolate. Belgian chocolate is used and Remy Martin cognac 50 ° is added to the flavor.


"My Italian Tiramisu" is cheese ice cream covered with bittersweet coffee chocolate. The surface is sprinkled with cocoa, and under the ice cream is a cookie crunch and a bittersweet espresso sauce that accentuate the texture. Three types of cheese, mascarpone, cheddar and cream, are used, and Marsala wine is added as a secret ingredient.
