Uchi Cafe Specialite Kihaku Vanilla Cake

Bourbon vanilla with a floral and noble aroma is used. Cookie nuts are spread on top of the sponge, then vanilla ganache, vanilla mousse, and cream are layered, topped with alazan. The aroma of vanilla spreads from the first bite, accented by the texture of the cookie nuts. The price is 300 yen.

Uchi Cafe Specialite Chestnut Delight Mont Blanc

Enjoy chestnuts from top to bottom. The light-textured meringue dough is coated with marron-flavored chocolate, a combination of marron-flavored paste and white chocolate, and topped with marron butter cream, marron sponge, marron whipped cream, and sweet and deep marron cream. Price: 322 yen.
