From the Sanuki udon specialty store "Marugame Seimen", a new menu "Dashi Tamago Udon", which is made by rolling beef simmered with dashi rolls, will be released on March 18th. Limited time until the end of May. Prices start at 590 yen (tax included).

"Dashi Tamago Udon" is a delicious menu with large omelet rolls that are hand-baked one by one and placed on top of the chewy udon noodles. The omelet rolls are filled with sweet and spicy beef simmered in "kaeshi soy sauce" used for udon noodles.

In addition to the gentle taste of soft-boiled and fluffy eggs, you can enjoy the taste of beef simmered with plenty of meat. Also, if you add a little "dashi soy sauce" to the grated daikon radish, the taste will be reduced, and if you add ginger, you can eat it refreshingly.
