Starting April 26, Marugame Seimen will release a new "W Chicken Chikuten Udon Udon Bento" from the To go Marugame Udon Bento lineup. This hearty dish includes two chicken tempura, two chikuwa isobe tempura, a bowl of udon noodles, a vegetable bara tempura, kinpira gobo (fried burdock root), and tamago-yaki (fried egg) all in a single box.

The "W Chicken Chikkiten Udon Bento" features two juicy and plump "Chikkiten" made from chicken thigh meat and fragrant with yuzu, two "Chikuwa Isobe-ten" with the perfect combination of the flavor of the sea and dashi, one ball of freshly pounded udon, "Yasai-bara-ten" which is Marugame Seimen's famous stir-fried vegetable that is easy to eat, "Kinpira-go-boto" which has a fun texture, and "Kinpira-gobou" which is a vegetable tempura. The box is a hearty dish that includes a soft, sweet "omelette" and a "fried egg" in a single package. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

Marugame Udon Bento

Based on the "Standard Udon Bento," which includes freshly pounded udon noodles, tempura and side dishes, six types of udon bento are now available, including seasonal items. All items are available in two types: cold bukkake udon or hot kake udon. The udon bento are not left on the shelf, but rather are served one at a time, freshly made to order, in a single box. Prices start at 390 yen.
