"VEGE STOCK KAMAKURA", a specialty store that sells "bottled vegetables" such as pickles and jams using Shonan and Kamakura vegetables, has opened in Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture.


Veggie Stock Kamakura is a gift shop that sells original products in bottles of "good quality vegetables" centered on Kamakura vegetables. In addition to pickled Kamakura vegetables, pickled olive oil, and dressings, the lineup also includes jams and syrup pickled with Shinshu fruits. From late February to early March, the much-talked-about "jar salad" will be on sale.


In addition, Genovese sauce using "Pakuchi" and Shichimi pepper are also available in collaboration with the popular spice restaurant "hishimo" in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.
