On May 10, Hotto Motto Grill will relaunch its "Grilled Vegetables Series" with summer vegetables such as zucchini and corn. On the same day, "Grilled Vegetables & Japanese-style Hamburger Plate" with the renewed grilled vegetables will be on sale.

Grilled Vegetable Series

Grilled vegetables at Hotto Motto Grill are sprinkled with herb salt, a blend of rock salt and six herbs, topped with extra virgin olive oil, and grilled in the restaurant's hot oven to lock in the flavor of the vegetables. The Grilled Vegetable Series has now been renewed with summer vegetables for a more colorful appearance. The new grilled vegetables are fresh bell peppers that have been grilled on the surface while retaining their moisture, tasty onions, bittersweet zucchini, and sweet corn.

The new grilled vegetables can be enjoyed with the "Grilled Vegetables & Grilled Chicken Plate" (720 yen, all prices include tax), the "Grilled Vegetables & Beef Steak Plate" (890 yen), and the "Grilled Vegetables Platter" (420 yen), a "grilled deli" that can be enjoyed easily.

Grilled Vegetables & Japanese Style Hamburger Plate

This dish combines renewed grilled vegetables with a juicy hamburger steak. The hamburger steak is made with a golden ratio of 7 beef to 3 pork to bring out the best of both beef and pork, and is served with a Japanese sauce made with two types of honjozo soy sauce and onions. The price is 790 yen.
