"Ugo beef" is a high-grade Japanese black beef with a high rarity value of "Rating A4 rank or higher" among the Japanese black beef "Ugo beef" produced in Ugo Town, Akita Prefecture. It stores a lot of fat to survive the harsh winter, and the fat is fine and melts in the mouth.
The "Ugoushi Fair" will be held at three stores: BAR of TOKYO (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), Itamae Cuisine Nichigekka Gin (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), and vege-herb Restaurant GINTO (Chuo-ku, Tokyo).
