Gyu-suki-don

"Gyu-suki-don" is Nakau's version of Kansai-style sukiyaki in a bowl. The beef, vegetables, shirataki mushrooms, and other ingredients are seasoned with a deep, sweet Kansai-style warishita sauce and topped with a large number of ingredients to create a satisfying dish.

The eye-catching large piece of fu is a chewy and flavorful ingredient that soaks up the flavor of the vegetables and other ingredients. The ingredients absorb well in the warishita, and the rice is sure to go down a treat.

Nakau's special eggs are recommended as an accompaniment to gyusu-suki-don. The eggs, which are also used in the oyako donburi, have a rich flavor that goes perfectly with the refined sweetness of the gyusukidon. A variety of value-priced sets are also available, such as the "Tamago Soup Set (160 yen).
