Katsu Beef Katsu was launched last year and was very popular when it was revived in July of this year. The beef cutlet is made from the "tender red meat with a great flavor" of Steakya Matsu, a steak restaurant operated by Matsuya Foods, and was well received for "bringing out the best of the beef's flavor.

The "Refort Sauce," characterized by the refreshing spiciness of wasabi, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar, enhances the flavor of the meat and provides a good balance of sourness, saltiness, and spiciness, allowing the beef cutlet to be enjoyed with a refreshing taste. The beef cutlet, which fills the mouth with the flavor and crispy texture of beef, is available in a limited quantity of approximately 50,000 servings.
