Aizozuri

Series" is a new limited-time menu item from Katsuya, a specialty tonkatsu restaurant, featuring two main side dishes in a single bowl or plate. The newest addition to the "Aizozuri Series," created in the hopes that customers will fill up on a full meal, is the "Aizozuri Beef and Sasami Tarekatsu," a combination of grilled beef belly and beef tenderloin, which is perfect for the beginning of winter when the temperature is cooler.

This mouth-watering dish allows you to taste both beef and chicken at once. You can enjoy the crispy breaded chicken cutlet with sauce and the beef belly yaki, which is made by stir-frying beef belly and wide onions with a sweet-and-sour sauce.

The beef belly yaki and chicken breast cutlet are served in a bowl or as a set meal. To go is also available.
