"Beef Fair"

Yayoiken restaurants will hold a "Beef Fair" starting July 19. The first set meal will be the "Beef Kalbi Yakiniku Set Meal" and the second set meal will be the "Beef Lemon Set Meal" starting July 27.

The first "Beef Fair" product to go on sale on July 19. It is a yakiniku set meal using "kalbi" (ribs), a staple of yakiniku meat that can be enjoyed by both children and adults. The price is 950 yen (tax included).

The sauce made from dark soy sauce, tamari soy sauce, miso (soybean paste), gochujang (red pepper paste), and chili pepper is rich and goes well with both beef and rice. In addition to the sauce, kimchi and spicy miso are available as accompaniments. You can enjoy this dish while "changing the flavor" to your liking.

For those who prefer a heartier set meal, a "Beef Kalbi Yakiniku Set Meal with Croquette" will also be available. The price is 1,090 yen. Both set meals are served with a salad.


In addition, the "To go Beef Kalbi Yakiniku with Gohan and Aosa Miso Soup" will be available as a To go-only "Home Set Meal. The price is 950 yen.

Beef Lemon Set Meal

This is the second "Beef Fair" item to go on sale on July 27. The "Beef Lemon Lunch Set Lunch" with lemon is perfect for the hot summer season with its refreshing taste. The price is 980 yen.

The beef lemon is seasoned with a soy sauce-based sauce that contains grated garlic and mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), and is recommended to be eaten with a squeeze of lemon as an accompaniment. The acidity of the lemon makes the beef lemon a perfect combination that will make you "eat too much rice" even on a hot summer day.
