eef Katsu Matsu-no-ya will start serving "Beef Katsu" on July 26th at 3:00 p.m. The beef cutlet, which is made of "tender lean meat with a great flavor" used at Steakya Matsu, a steak restaurant operated by Matsuya Foods, will be back for the first time in a year.

was well-received for its "great beef flavor. The beef cutlet, cut into bite-sized pieces, is a gem that fills the mouth with the unique flavor and crispy texture of the ingredients. The "Refort Sauce," which plays a supporting role in enhancing the deliciousness of the meat and leaving a leading impact, is characterized by its refreshingly spicy flavor made by adding mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar to wasabi (horseradish). It has a good balance of sourness, saltiness, and spiciness, and is the best match for the meat, allowing you to enjoy the beef cutlet with a refreshing taste. Of course, it also goes well with Matsunoya's special "original sauce" made from 12 kinds of spices, vegetables, and fruits. It is a perfect side dish for rice.
