Wrap each ingredient in rice balls using rice that received the highest (special A) rating in the "Rice Taste Ranking" conducted by the Japan Grain Inspection Association, and combine the carefully selected first-picked seaweed from the Ariake Sea. It has been finished.

Among the Ariake seaweeds that are characterized by their aroma, sweetness, and melting in the mouth, the first picked seaweed (first picked) is the first seaweed to be harvested, and is said to have the softness peculiar to sprouts and good quality. That's it.
