On August 30th, the autumn grand menu will be available at Sushiro. I actually ate and ranked the featured lineup, such as sushi made with seasonal saury and the newly introduced "Jagajaga" series (which I will explain later)!

It's thick enough to make your mouth fluffy when you stretch it! Although it has a plentiful texture, it melts when chewed and gives off a rich umami.

Eating the savory seafood made me feel like I was having a barbecue near the sea at the end of summer.

Yes, "Jagajaga" is finally here! Potatoes are a new snack-like ingredient made by deep-fried shredded potatoes in the store. A warship with plenty of mayo corn on it is a potato corn.

The crunchy texture of potatoes, the aroma that fills the mouth, and the richness of oil. The more you chew, the more delicious the umami will ooze out. This insanely matches the creamy and sweet Mayocorn! The taste like sweets is also a key point.

Udon noodles with an elegant scent of dashi stock, topped with beef and kamaboko, which are sweet and spicy when fried, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

The moment you open the lid, the eggplant jumps into your eyes, and the eggplant is vivid! When you eat it, it's juicy and delicious ...! The meat is punchy in the gentle taste as a whole.

Plenty of malon cream is fluffy, but the refreshing sweetness is a good impression. Whipped cream is wrapped inside to add smoothness and rich richness to the mouth.

The bottom is a refreshing meringue with a fluffy and light texture. It has a lot of volume, but it's not heavy, so even after sushi, you can easily get into another stomach.
