Among the sushi sold at Sushiro from today (August 18th), I found a surprisingly delicious child. The first appearance of " Kuroge Wagyu Rump Steak " (280 yen, tax not included, same below) and the revived popular product " Engawa Charred Soy Sauce " (100 yen)!

Japanese black beef rump steak is a nigiri sushi made with carefully selected Japanese black beef "rump meat" (meat from waist to butt). It seems that the taste is brought out by roasting just before the offer. Topped with grated ponzu sauce, accented chili peppers, and green onions.

The meat is thick, but it's so soft that it melts as soon as you chew it! The umami of melted fat is complemented by the acidity and saltiness of ponzu and the bittersweetness of green onions. I feel like I'm getting a little high-class meat at a yakiniku restaurant ...!
