It's hot every day and I feel like I'm getting tired in the summer. I found a convenient retort pouch food that can be eaten refreshingly even in such a case with MUJI. This is the "Rice over" series.
This is a product that completes cold soup rice such as cold soup just by sprinkling it on cold rice. It's called "Shabashaba", so you can eat it without any resistance even when it's hot and you don't want to eat solids. This time, we will introduce 3 types of "Yuzu pepper and chicken chilled miso chazuke", "Chilled sesame miso tantan soup" and "Miyazaki style chilled soup".
Yuzu pepper and chicken chilled miso chazuke 250 yen (tax included, same below)
Miso chazuke with bonito and kelp soup stock. The ingredients are chicken, auction, and kelp.
It looks as smooth as "miso soup over rice", but the soup with dashi stock is quite rich! The scent of yuzu pepper and the spicy spiciness add a refreshing accent. With the addition of chicken and crispy auction, the more you chew, the more delicious it is.
Chilled sesame miso soup 290 yen
A soup that makes the best use of the richness of white sesame and the spiciness of doubanjiang, with the image of "dandan noodles". The ingredients are bamboo shoots, ginger, garlic, green onions, and pork soboro.
Tantan noodles (soup)! The spicy and rich taste as expected is insanely delicious. Because it is cold, the aftertaste is refreshing and the dullness is pear. The crispy bamboo shoots have a pleasant texture, and are both rich and refreshing. Recommended for dandan noodle lovers!
Miyazaki-style cold soup 250 yen
A soup made with Miyazaki's home-cooked "Hiyajiru" as a model, with loosened horse mackerel, dashi stock, and Miyazaki wheat miso. Complete by topping with your favorite ingredients. This time, we used cucumber, tofu, Japanese ginger, and green perilla according to the package.
The soup with sesame seeds, touchi, and dried horse mackerel powder added to the miso base has a rich and rich taste. It goes well with the vivid flavor of perilla and Japanese ginger toppings. The crispy texture is refreshing and the chopsticks go on!
It takes a little time to prepare the ingredients, but it's a cup with a great sense of feast. Perilla and Japanese ginger may be the aim after somen, which tends to remain.
Easy to chill and sprinkle on rice, easy to eat cold soup base ... Perfect for midsummer when it's too hot to prepare and eat. The taste is rich and not too refreshing. It is an excellent item that you can keep in stock!
